What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
• Manage content calendars and publish engaging posts across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.)
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to maintain brand consistency
• Identify trends and opportunities to increase visibility and engagement
• Manage paid social campaigns and track ROI
• Engage with the online community — respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Stay up to date with platform updates, tools, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or brand management
• Proven success in managing and growing brand accounts
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills
• Experience with content creation (visual, video, or short-form storytelling)
• Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, and influencer marketing is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple campaigns remotely
