Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies for client or in-house campaigns Handle social media content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking Work with design and video teams to deliver engaging digital content Use tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, ChatGPT, and others for campaign success Attend and contribute to team brainstorming, client calls, and review meetings Complete tasks on time and communicate updates proactively Report campaign insights and suggest data-driven improvements Requirements:Proven experience or relevant training in [Digital Marketing/Design/Video/SEO – as per role] Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. Strong communication and teamwork skills Laptop is mandatory Must be self-motivated, punctual, and result-oriented Willing to learn and grow with a startup culture
