Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) aligned with brand voice.
Plan and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions).
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage community interactions.
Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships and collaborations.

Requirements

Proven experience (1–3 years) in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.
Experience with paid advertising campaigns and A/B testing.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

Experience with influencer marketing.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Basic video editing skills.
E-commerce / D2C brand experience.
