About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. If you live on Instagram, think in reels, speak in memes, and love branding & content, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms

2. Create engaging content ideas for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns

3. Coordinate with the design team to get creatives made as per the briefs

4. Write captions, hashtags, and basic content copy

5. Manage posting schedules and maintain content calendars

6. Monitor trends, competitors, and trending audio/content formats

7. Engage with the audience via comments, DMs, and community interactions

8. Track performance metrics and prepare weekly growth reports

9. Support in influencer research and outreach

10. Brainstorm campaign ideas with the marketing team

Requirements:

Strong understanding of social media platforms

Good communication and copywriting skills

Ability to think creatively and stay updated with trends

Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus

Familiarity with analytics insights (Meta/LinkedIn) is an advantage

Positive attitude, willingness to learn & grow

Must be consistent and deadline-oriented
