Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare basic performance reports and dashboards on social media platforms and campaigns.
• Conduct social media research to identify trends, competitor benchmarks, and audience insights.
• Support content planning, presentation preparation, and ideation.
• Pitch in with keeping team attendance and project tracking organized and on-point.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth team functioning.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in social media platforms, reporting, research, and digital trends.
• Comfortable working with Google Docs and Spreadsheets.
• Energetic, confident, and a team player with a problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask.
• Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
