Responsibilities

• Create and schedule daily posts using approved tools and brand templates
• Develop short-form content ideas, such as Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts, in collaboration with the design team
• Track social media engagement metrics and summarize weekly reports
• Conduct competitor and trend research to improve content performance
• Support influencer collaboration efforts and user-generated content campaigns
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate internally for campaign execution
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, quality standards, and platform policies

Qualifications

• Familiarity with major social media platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube
• Basic content creation knowledge using Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and follow structured guidelines
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in marketing, mass communication, media studies, or a related field
• 0–1 years of experience in social media or content marketing (academic or freelance projects are valid)
• Must be located in India and legally eligible to work

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of analytics tools like Instagram Insights or Meta Business Suite
• Knowledge of current social trends, hashtags, and best practices in engagement
• Experience with basic video editing for reels or shorts (optional)

• This is a paid internship with a monthly stipend
• Flexible working hours; part-time availability acceptable
