Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Support in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns.
• Research industry-related trends, competitors, and audience insights to optimize strategies.
• Work on content creation (posts, reels, stories, and graphics) in collaboration with the design team.
• Monitor, track, and report on the performance of social media posts and campaigns.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
• Contribute ideas for creative campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency in all online communications.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Passion for social media, digital marketing, and creative content.
• Basic knowledge of social media tools, trends, and analytics.
• Ability to think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
