Role Overview

creative and proactive Social Media Intern

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
Design basic creatives, graphics, short videos, and reels using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other editing software.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to bring fresh ideas.
Support in executing campaigns, brand stories, and awareness drives for healthcare initiatives.
Track and analyze engagement metrics to suggest improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs, photos, and updates from events/programs.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community presence.

Requirements

Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field.
Strong interest in
social media, digital marketing, and healthcare innovation.
Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop/Video editing apps (preferred).
Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Odia/Hindi is a plus).
Creative thinker with a sense of storytelling and visual appeal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
