About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital media, content creation, and community engagement. You will support our marketing team in developing and executing social media strategies that boost brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, curating, and managing content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos) across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc).
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages.
• Support in planning and scheduling social media calendars.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and creative ideas to grow engagement.
• Help track social media metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist in running social media campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and trends.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
