The role blends creative content production with hands-on engagement and digital analysis, especially tailored to fitness and wellness audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Execution:Plan, schedule, and post daily content including reels, carousels, stories, and short-form videos across Instagram, YouTube, and other major platforms.Brainstorm creative ideas for engaging posts and campaigns.Write captions and copy tailored for fitness and wellness topics.Community Engagement:Respond to comments and direct messages on social channels.Interact actively with followers to increase engagement.Campaign Support:Assist with the design, execution, and reporting of social media campaigns.Track analytics to assess performance and identify successful strategies.Research competitors and trending topics relevant to health, fitness, and wellness.Calendar Management:Manage and update the social media content calendar to ensure regular posting and campaign rollout.Additional ExpectationsParticipate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas.Support live and online marketing events as part of the marketing team.Assist in photo/video shoots for campaigns.Help maintain a consistent brand voice for Bhawani Fitness.RequirementsSome experience with content creation and social media management tools.Basic copywriting and communication skills.Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and relevant scheduling apps.Creative mindset with an interest in fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
