Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our company’s online presence and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and digital marketing strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging content including graphics, reels, videos, and captions aligned with the brand voice.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams for consistent brand messaging.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in SEO, Google Ads, or content marketing.
• Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools.
• Creativity with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand tone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
