Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Writer who can craft engaging, brand-aligned content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms. This role is not just about writing captions — it’s about understanding audience psychology, brand tone, and content performance. Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Content CreationWrite high-quality content for: Instagram posts, reels & stories LinkedIn posts & articles Facebook posts Ad copies (basic level) Create: Captions, hooks, CTAs, hashtags Story text & reel scripts (short-form) Adapt writing style for different brands and platforms 2. Brand Voice & StorytellingUnderstand each brand’s: Tone of voice Target audience Business objective Maintain consistency in messaging across platforms Convert ideas, offers, and strategies into compelling stories 3. Content Strategy SupportWork with strategy & design teams to: Plan monthly content calendars Brainstorm reel ideas, carousel concepts, campaigns Suggest trending topics, hooks, and formats Align content with marketing goals (engagement, leads, sales) 4. Editing & Quality ControlProofread all content for: Grammar, clarity, tone Platform suitability Optimize content length and format per platform Ensure error-free, high-impact output 5. Research & Trend TrackingResearch industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior Stay updated with: Social media trends Viral formats Platform updates (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Use insights to improve content performance Required SkillsWriting SkillsExcellent command of: English (mandatory) Hindi / Hinglish (preferred) Gujarati (bonus) Ability to write: Short-form engaging captions Clear CTAs Conversational and professional content Technical & Tool SkillsFamiliarity with: Google Docs / Sheets Social media scheduling tools (basic knowledge) AI tools for content ideation (ChatGPT, etc. – bonus) Soft SkillsCreativity with discipline Ability to understand briefs quickly Strong communication & collaboration Time management and deadline ownership
