Job Summary: TechnoBridge Systems is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and enhance our presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive lead generation through both organic and paid campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to drive traffic and generate leads. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends. Manage and oversee social media content calendars and ensure timely publication of content. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios. Experience with paid social media advertising and lead generation strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
