We’re Hiring a Social Media Marketer

If you live and breathe content, thrive on trends, and know how to make brands go viral—read on. We’re looking for someone who understands that social media isn’t just about posting—it’s about storytelling, strategy, and real results.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Run high-converting Meta and Google Ads (Lead, Engagement, Conversion focused)
• Collaborate with the design and content team to create compelling creatives and reels
• Handle daily posting, scheduling, and reporting
• Respond to DMs, comments, and manage community engagement
• Optimize profiles and content for SEO and organic reach
• Analyze performance and tweak campaigns for better ROI

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, SEO, and ad platforms
• Deep understanding of content algorithms, reel trends, and ad funnels
• Ability to write strong captions and hooks
• Experience with ad tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Basic SEO knowledge (on-page, keyword planning, link sharing)
• Tools: Canva, Buffer/Zoho Social, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Uber suggest or SEMrush

Bonus if You:

• Have experience growing personal or client pages from scratch
• Know how to A/B test creatives and headlines
• Can think in memes and reels
• Understand funnel marketing and retargeting logic
