Social Media Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage our social media presence, handle paid ad campaigns, and execute SEO strategies (especially Off-Page SEO) to improve rankings and visibility. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content, reels, and campaigns
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive traffic and leads
• Execute Off-Page SEO strategies: link building, directory submissions, guest posts, backlinks, and outreach
• Support on-page SEO (keywords, content optimization, meta tags) where needed
• Research competitors and identify new opportunities for digital growth
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager
• Generate reports and provide insights for improvement

Desired Skills

• Strong knowledge of Off-Page SEO techniques (link building, outreach, backlinks)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
• Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest
• Good understanding of social media marketing trends
• Creative mindset with strong copywriting & design sense (Canva or similar tools)
• 1–2 years of proven experience in SEO + Digital Marketing Campaigns preferred
