Social Media Manager

Job Summary:We’re hiring a Social Media Manager who specializes in Paid Ads! If you're creative, analytical, and know how to make brands shine through strategic ad campaigns, this role is for you. You'll be managing paid campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop social media calendars and content strategies to support ad campaigns Monitor ad performance, generate reports, and make data-driven improvements Work closely with design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives Run A/B testing for creatives and audience targeting Keep up with platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices Ensure lead tracking, retargeting setup, and conversion optimization Respond to inquiries and engage with audience when needed Must-Have Skills:Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnels, and retargeting Good grasp of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) Ability to write basic ad copy and direct creative teams Comfortable managing monthly ad budgets and ROI tracking Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):Experience with email marketing, automation tools Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or video editors Previous experience with lead generation in real estate, education, or local businesses Why Join Troika Tech Services?Work with a fast-growing digital agency Be part of high-impact campaigns across industries Learn and grow with a dynamic team Great culture, real responsibility, and visible results
