Social Media Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for building and managing our online presence, driving engagement, generating leads through Meta Ads, and enhancing our visibility with SEO best practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan & execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create & manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics).
• Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns for lead generation & brand awareness.
• Monitor, analyze & report on social media performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Implement basic SEO techniques to improve content visibility and ranking.
• Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
• Handle community management (respond to DMs, comments, reviews) to build relationships.
• Collaborate with design & marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management / digital marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and ability to apply keyword strategies.
• Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns (setup, monitoring, optimization).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Strong writing & visual storytelling skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to adapt to different brand voices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
