Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru with flexibility for remote work. As a Social Media Manager, you will oversee the planning, creation, and management of content across all social media platforms. Key responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing posts for engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to refine campaigns. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall branding objectives.

Qualifications

Experience with Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Expertise in Content Strategy and Writing
Strong communication skills for both internal collaboration and external engagement
Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to evaluate and improve performance
Creativity and adaptability to develop content for diverse audiences and platforms
Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly practices in travel is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
