**Job Description:** We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals - Manage all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest,) - Create curate and manage high-quality content (images, videos, reels, stories) for all platforms - Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize performance - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices - Collaborate with influencer and product teams - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets - Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates - Monitor and report on competitor activity **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Proven work experience as a social media manager or similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences - Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) - Experience with social media advertising and analytics - Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organisational and time management skills We look forward to hearing from you!
