Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive

    Social Media Strategies

    aligned with client and brand objectives.
  • Create monthly content calendars

    and ensure timely execution in coordination with

    Design and Video teams

    .
  • Manage end-to-end

    content posting and scheduling

    across platforms including

    Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter)

    , and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor platform performance using

    social media analytics and reporting tools

    and prepare

    monthly performance reports

    .
  • Manage and optimize activities using

    Meta tools

    , ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Stay updated with

    latest social media trends, platform updates, algorithms, and AI tools

    to enhance content performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Be open to

    travel and on-site client visits

    when required.


Candidate’s Profile:


  • Minimum

    3 years of proven experience

    in Social Media Management.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of

    Meta platforms, LinkedIn, YouTube, X

    , and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Well-versed with

    Meta Business tools

    , social media analysis tools, and

    AI-based tools

    for content and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of

    social media algorithms, paid campaigns

    , and platform-specific best practices.
  • Strong English reading and writing skills

    , with the ability to create clear, engaging, and grammatically sound content.
  • Excellent

    verbal communication skills

    and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with influencers will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to work

    independently

    as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in

    Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    for reporting and presentations.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Marketing, Communications

    , or a related field.
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Office Suite

    (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
