About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of multiple platforms and creative storytelling. The ideal candidate should know how to build brand presence, engage audiences, and manage multiple client accounts with trend-driven and high-impact content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands and clients.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Plan, brief, and coordinate with design and content teams for post and reel creation.
• Stay updated with latest trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms to improve engagement.
• Craft branding-oriented content that reflects each client’s unique identity.
• Monitor insights, track campaign performance, and suggest actionable improvements.
• Manage community interactions—comments, messages, and feedback.
• Support paid campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.

Required Skills & Tools:

• In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube and other platform marketing.
• Expertise in content calendar creation and campaign planning.
• Understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Strong sense of current social media trends and audience behavior.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience managing social media accounts.
• Proven portfolio or track record of successful campaigns for brands or clients.
