Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute
monthly content calendars
for Instagram and other social media platforms.
Create engaging
captions, hashtags, and post schedules
aligned with brand tone and objectives.
Manage and track
social media performance
, engagement, and audience insights.
Stay updated with
trends, features, and viral formats
to keep content relevant and impactful.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure
consistent branding and messaging
across channels.
Respond to
comments, messages, and community interactions
in a timely, authentic manner.
Assist in developing
campaign strategies
that support brand awareness and audience growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Prior experience in
social media management or digital marketing
preferred.
Excellent
communication skills
in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
Strong understanding of
Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social platforms
.
Ability to
analyze social media metrics
and adapt strategies accordingly.
Highly organized, creative, and capable of
handling multiple tasks independently
