Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Pune (hybrid 2 days in-office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Probation: "There is a 2 week probation period with a salary of 5,000. After the probation period, the salary will increase to between 20,000 and 25,000."

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute our brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms. This is a senior-level role suited for someone who can work independently, requires no training, and is confident managing end-to-end social media strategy, content, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Manage daily content planning, creation, and scheduling across all platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and optimize strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Lead campaign planning and execution for product launches, events, or promotions.

Requirements:

• 6 months - 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
• Strong portfolio of previous work (brand accounts or personal projects).
• Excellent knowledge of analytical tools and platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and performance-based content.
• Exceptional copywriting, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to think creatively, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.

• Post-probation Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
