We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, improve marketing efforts, and enhance brand awareness and customer engagement across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage a results-oriented social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
Collaborate with design, copywriting, and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns.
Monitor performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs including engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, and follower growth.
Stay updated on current social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices, and implement strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Manage and engage with the community: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and consistent manner.
Coordinate with influencers, partners, or brand ambassadors for cross-promotional opportunities.
Support paid social advertising campaigns and collaborate with digital marketing for optimal ROI.
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,386.05 per month
