You re here to invite people to join the future of India. To show people a nation that s faster, freer, more inspired and to make everyone believe that building with Sarla is how we get there. What You ll Do:

Craft and communicate a grand vision for India backed by real tech, real progress, real engineering and visionary leadership

Build a movement on social media that doesn t sell our aircraft, but sells what India can become

Develop viral and asymmetric marketing campaigns that spark emotion, create belonging, and break convention

Design formats that let people co-create with us, democratizing how India builds the future together.

Think 10x bigger than any agency or startup. Then go 10x beyond that. We re her to make impact. The bigger you think the better.

Be metrics-obsessed: posting schedules, viral loops, A/B tests, engagement funnels know it all

Own the aesthetic, sweat the details, build with beauty. This is a brand and narrative first company, because it s a movement not a company.
