About Rustlines (formerly Eksdee):


Rustlines is a bold and trend-driven clothing brand specializing in denim fashion, with an expanding lineup that includes oversized t-shirts, jackets, cargo, and accessories. We’re redefining streetwear with high-quality, stylish, and edgy apparel.


As we scale, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to drive our online presence, engage our audience, and establish Rustlines as the go-to brand for fashion-forward individuals.


Role Overview:


As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be the creative force behind our digital presence, ensuring Rustlines is front and center in the fashion space. You’ll be responsible for curating an aesthetic, engaging, and trend-driven social media strategy that builds brand loyalty and drives sales.


Key Responsibilities:


1) Develop and execute a trend-focused social media strategy across Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.

2) Plan and create engaging content, including reels, carousels, UGC campaigns, influencer collaborations, memes, and product spotlights.

3) Stay ahead of streetwear and denim fashion trends, leveraging viral moments and industry insights.

4) Work closely with designers and photographers to ensure visually compelling, high-quality content that aligns with Rustlines’ brand aesthetic.

5) Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.

6) Manage community engagement - responding to DMs, and comments, and building a loyal fashion-driven audience.

7) Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, social media best practices, and new content formats.


Who You Are:


1) A social media-savvy storyteller with 1-2 years of experience in managing fashion or lifestyle brands.

2) A deep understanding of streetwear, denim culture, and youth fashion trends.

3) Strong knowledge of content creation, social media algorithms, and engagement strategies.

4) Proficiency in tools like Canva, VN Editor, and YouTube Studio.

5) Excellent copywriting skills with a tone that resonates with Gen Z and streetwear enthusiasts.

6) Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.

7) Passionate about building a strong fashion community online.
