Social Media Manager

A social media manager develops and executes a company's social media strategy, which includes creating and curating content, managing online communities, and analyzing performance metrics. Key responsibilities involve building brand awareness, driving engagement, staying current on trends, and collaborating with marketing and other departments to align messaging and campaigns. Core responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and achieve business objectives.
• Content creation and management: Create, edit, and schedule engaging content, such as posts, articles, graphics, and videos, that align with the brand's voice and goals.
• Community management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community to foster brand loyalty.
• Performance analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), use data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Additional duties

• Campaign execution: Plan and manage social media marketing campaigns, including paid social media efforts if applicable.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, public relations, and other creative teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms and campaigns.
• Reporting: Produce reports on campaign results, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Team/agency management: In larger organizations, a manager may oversee a team or work with an agency, while in smaller companies, they may handle all aspects of social media themselves.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
