About the job

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at QuadB Tech! As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase followers and engagement on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter , YouTube and other relevant platforms.

2. Create and curate engaging content including graphics, videos, and blog posts to share on social media.

3. Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to optimize performance.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals and initiatives.

5. Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and lead generation.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.

7. Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
