About PoliCrew India: PoliCrew India is one of the country’s leading political consulting agencies, known for working with prominent political parties and leaders across India. We provide a platform for youth to actively participate and influence politics without necessarily joining a political party. Our work includes campaign management, public sentiment analysis, grassroots mobilization, and digital strategy. --- Role Overview: We are looking for a highly creative and politically aware Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content, boosting engagement, and crafting impactful narratives that resonate with the public and align with the political goals of our clients. --- Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy for PoliCrew and its political clients. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content curation across platforms like Twitter (X), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp. Ideate original and compelling political content including posts, reels, stories, and infographics. Monitor trends, public sentiment, and political narratives to create timely and relevant content. Collaborate with design, video, and campaign teams for coordinated messaging. Use analytics tools to track performance, engagement, and audience growth; optimize content accordingly. Run social media ad campaigns and targeted boosts for maximum reach. Respond to followers, manage community interactions, and handle online reputation. Stay up-to-date with political news, emerging platforms, and digital trends. --- Requirements: Proven experience (2–5 years) managing social media for political campaigns, leaders, media houses, or social movements. Strong understanding of Indian politics, social dynamics, and digital political discourse. Excellent written and verbal communication in Hindi (regional languages are a plus). Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc. Ability to handle high-pressure deadlines and work in fast-paced political environments. Strategic thinker with a keen sense of messaging and public opinion. --- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s in Political Science, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields. Experience in managing crisis communication or political trolling online.
