Phoenix Optimizer Digital Branding Agency is hiring a full-time Social Media Manager in Indore. We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency offering Ads Management, Content Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Branding services across global industries.


The role involves managing and growing social media platforms, creating and editing content (especially reels), planning monthly strategies, analyzing performance, engaging with audiences, and supporting overall marketing initiatives. You will manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content calendars and ensure consistent brand presence.


The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, basic graphic skills (Canva), reel/video editing skills (CapCut/Premiere), creativity, good communication, and an understanding of digital marketing trends. Experience with social media tools and content strategy is a plus.


Salary range: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.


Benefits include food provided, internet reimbursement, and paid sick leave.

This is an on-site, full-time role in Indore.

Immediate joiners preferred.
