🎯 Role Overview

hands-on Social Media Manager

on-site role in Indore

🔥 Key Responsibilities📌 Strategy & Planning

Create monthly social media strategies aligned with client goals
Build content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (and others if required)
Research trends, hooks, formats, and competitors regularly

📌 Content Execution

Write captions that are engaging, brand-aligned, and conversion-focused
Coordinate with designers & video editors for posts and reels
Ensure timely posting and scheduling across platforms

📌 Account Management

Handle multiple client accounts efficiently
Maintain brand voice and visual consistency
Respond to comments and messages (if assigned)

📌 Growth & Performance

Track insights, engagement, reach, and conversions
Prepare basic performance reports
Suggest improvements based on analytics (not vibes)

📌 Collaboration

Work closely with the performance marketing, design, and SEO teams
Communicate clearly with internal teams for smooth execution
Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager (agency preferred)
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
Good copywriting skills (English + Hinglish preferred)
Basic understanding of reels, trends, hooks & algorithms
Ability to manage multiple brands without losing quality
Proactive mindset – we don’t micromanage, we expect ownership

⭐ Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Experience handling healthcare or real estate clients
Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite & analytics
Understanding of personal branding content
Ability to think like a marketer, not just a poster
