Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand goals.
  • Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Plan and create engaging content – including graphics, captions, stories, and reels.
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to messages/comments in a timely manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with platform changes and current social media trends.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns (basic knowledge preferred).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management.
  • Solid understanding of key platforms – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
