Social Media Manager - TikTok & Instagram Marketing (For OnlyFans Models)

About The Role

We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented

Social Media Manager

to manage and grow the Instagram and TikTok presence of OnlyFans talent. You’ll be responsible for identifying trending content, guiding models on execution, and ensuring each profile aligns with U.S. social media trends and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research daily TikTok and Instagram trends to generate 3-5 high-performing video concepts per day.
  • Manage and schedule Instagram content for assigned models.
  • Communicate regularly with models to guide content creation and posting.
  • Write concise, actionable content briefs based on trend research.
  • Provide live feedback to models on content (lighting, framing, posture, and presentation).
  • Respond to DMs and comments promptly and authentically to foster engagement.
  • Maintain consistent and visually appealing Instagram profiles (Bio, Feed, Highlights, Stories).
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all links and content are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain and update Notion databases (account data, guides, content briefs, brand materials).
  • Track key performance metrics, analyze conversion data, and recommend A/B testing strategies.
  • Represent each model’s unique personality and brand authentically across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts.
  • Native-level English fluency (C2 proficiency)—both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. social media trends and audience behavior.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), Notion, Telegram, WhatsApp, and ChatGPT.
  • Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to performance tracking.
  • Highly organized, focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle urgent account issues quickly and professionally.

Technical Requirements

  • Stable high-speed internet connection.
  • Personal computer/laptop with a professional home workspace.
  • Microphone/headset for live feedback sessions.
  • Must pass a comprehensive online screening.

Performance Expectations

  • Open to feedback and continuous learning.
  • Proactive thinker with strong self-management skills.
  • Willingness to work 6-7 days a week if needed.
  • No other job commitments (e.g., side hustles or part-time work).
  • Long-term commitment (2-3 years).
