Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in the Mohali. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating and optimizing content, and managing social media accounts. Day-to-day tasks include content creation and scheduling, community engagement, social media optimization (SMO), and analyzing performance metrics to adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Experience in developing Content Strategies and Writing skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Mohali district
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in a similar role in a marketing agency is a plus
