Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Job Type: Full-time, In-office Working Days: 6 days a week Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Salary Range: ₹5–6 LPA (based on experience) Old School Rituals is looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to take ownership of all our social platforms. You’ll be responsible for content strategy, copywriting, collaboration with the design team, performance analysis, and ensuring that all outgoing communication aligns with our brand tone and aesthetic. Key Responsibilities Manage and own all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Plan and execute monthly content calendars Collaborate with the design team to develop visual content Write compelling, on-brand copy for social posts, campaigns, and brand collaterals Review and ensure consistency and brand alignment in all outgoing content Track content and campaign performance and generate actionable insights and reports Stay updated with current trends, platform updates, and audience behavior Requirements 2+ years of experience managing social media for consumer brands (preferably D2C, lifestyle, or beauty) Strong copywriting and content planning skills Proficiency in using social media tools and analytics Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and meet deadlines Must be comfortable working from the office, 6 days a week What You’ll Gain Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, clean beauty brand rooted in traditional wisdom Creative freedom to shape brand storytelling and digital presence Collaborative work environment with a passionate and driven team Show more Show less
