Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy. Day-to-day tasks include creating engaging content, optimizing social media platforms for better reach, managing online interactions, and monitoring analytics to measure success. The role also involves collaboration with the content and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective strategies are in place.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing & Optimization (SMO)
• Proven ability to craft and execute impactful content strategies
• Strong writing skills with a knack for creating engaging, platform-specific content
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Deep understanding of major social platforms, tools, and emerging trends
• Comfortable with social media analytics, turning insights into action
• Background in digital marketing will be an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
