Social Media Manager

ABOUT US We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team. This role goes beyond just managing posts it involves working closely with the creative team, creating impactful content, managing client accounts, and driving engagement through powerful storytelling and UGC (User-Generated Content). Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow multiple client social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Strategize, shoot, and edit UGC-style videos for brands and campaigns Work with the creative team to build moodboards, storyboards, and campaign plans Be on-camera when needed and guide creators/influencers during shoots Handle end-to-end content calendars, posting, and performance analysis Monitor social trends, audio trends, and competitor activities Maintain brand consistency across all platforms Communicate with clients for planning, approvals, and feedback Requirements: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics Familiarity with shooting content using mobile or basic camera gear Experience creating or managing UGC content Basic video editing skills (mobile apps or tools like CapCut, VN, etc.) Excellent communication and time management skills Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content Prior experience with agency or brand accounts is a plus Bonus if you have: On-camera confidence for reels or explainer videos Experience working with influencers or creators A strong personal social media presence Contact no / Whatsapp - +918292943921 Email - hr@nextagmedia.com Show more Show less
