Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Nagpur. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media platforms, developing and implementing content strategies, and engaging with our online community. The day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, monitoring social media performance, analyzing metrics, and adjusting strategies accordingly. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience in Social Media Management
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategies
• Experience in creating engaging and creative social media content
• Knowledge of social media analytics and tools for performance tracking
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
