Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Kota. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content for social media platforms to build the company’s online presence. The role includes developing social media strategies, optimizing social media channels, writing engaging posts, and monitoring campaign performance to drive brand awareness and engagement. Effective collaboration with the team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Strong skills in Communication and Writing
Experience in developing effective Content Strategy for digital platforms
Knowledge of social media analytics tools to measure and optimize performance
Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Previous experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
