As a Social Media Executive at Minimal Tweaks, you'll play a hands-on role in turning strategy into scroll-stopping execution, driving engagement and keeping a sharp eye on what’s working (and why).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Research trends, platform updates, and competitor moves before they go mainstream
• Collaborate with design, content, and client servicing teams to bring ideas to life
• Schedule and publish content using relevant tools and best practices
• Monitor and engage with communities across comments, DMs, replies, and more
• Spot brand mentions and UGC worth amplifying and give them the spotlight
• Track content performance and generate reports with real, actionable insights
• Stay curious about evolving algorithms, content formats, and audience behavior
• Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across multiple brand accounts
• Drive influencer outreach and manage collaborations with a brand-first lens
