🚀 What you’ll do

Lead Marathon’s
social media presence across platforms
(LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Build and execute
content strategies
that reflect our brand’s energy from community-led campaigns to product spotlights.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and retail marketing teams to craft
scroll-stopping posts, reels, and campaigns
.
Track performance metrics, analyse insights, and evolve strategies for
reach, engagement, and conversions
.
Drive
local activation campaigns
for new store launches, events, and collaborations.
Stay ahead of sportswear, retail, and youth culture trends to keep our voice fresh and relevant.

🎯 What we’re looking for

1-3 years of experience in
social media / digital marketing / brand communications
.
Strong grasp of
content creation, storytelling, and community engagement
.
Ability to balance
strategy and hands-on execution
.
Experience with retail, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer-facing brands is a plus — but if you’ve built thriving communities elsewhere, we’d love to hear from you.
