Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, managing social media accounts, optimizing engagement through Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques, and creating compelling content tailored to various platforms. Tasks also include collaborating with internal teams, monitoring analytics to refine strategies, and driving growth in online presence to meet clients' objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
• Experience in Writing engaging and impactful social media content
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure performance and optimize strategies
• Ability to implement creative ideas, stay updated on industry trends, and work collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in managing social media for brands or businesses is a significant advantage
