Job Title: Social Media Manager Intern

Location: Onsite – Aliganj, Lucknow
Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will get hands-on experience in managing brand presence across multiple social media platforms, creating engaging content, and learning how to drive online growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Help manage daily social media operations – posting, monitoring, and replying to comments/messages.
• Support in executing campaigns to increase followers and engagement.
• Track and analyze performance metrics; prepare weekly reports.
• Collaborate with the design/marketing team to create eye-catching content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to maintaining a monthly social media calendar.

Requirements:

• Passion for social media, branding, and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of major platforms and trending content formats (reels, shorts, etc.).
• Good communication and creative writing skills.
• Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop or any editing tool is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Aliganj, Lucknow.
• Students/fresh graduates in Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
