Social Media Manager

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager who is not just digital-savvy but spiritually aware — someone who can translate spiritual wisdom into magnetic content, craft viral strategies, and help position Godrik as the most sought-after spiritual brand of this decade.

Role Overview:

As our Social Media Manager, you will strategize, manage, and grow all our social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads, Quora, and Twitter). You will work closely with our content creators, SEO team, and founder to align content with campaign cycles, spiritual timings (like Navratri, Amavasya, Solstices), and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement platform-wise growth strategies
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with, campaigns, launches, and lunar events
• Supervise and collaborate with video editors, designers, and writers
• Write engaging captions, oversee hashtags and ensure voice consistency (mystical, high-end, esoteric)
• Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement (comments, DMs, shares)
• Monitor analytics and suggest pivots based on performance
• Collaborate with the SEO and CRM team for integrated campaigns
• Stay updated with trends to create viral, ritual-aligned content (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.)
• Support with ad briefs and performance tracking (if ads are being run)

You Should Have:

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for spiritual, wellness, luxury, or personal brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Quora, and LinkedIn algorithms
• Deep sensitivity or at least curiosity about spirituality and mysticism
• Exceptional communication & copywriting skills — especially in mystical, poetic, and engaging tones
• Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Planoly, Buffer)
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.)
• Ability to coordinate with remote teams and meet timelines

Bonus if you:

• Have worked on NRI/audience-facing brands
• Have a spiritual practice or are comfortable discussing rituals, deities, and energies
• Can occasionally travel to shoot behind-the-scenes content during events or rituals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
