Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team at Accrosian Soft Solution Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow our presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Respond to followers, engage with the online community, and handle customer queries promptly.

Requirements

• Any Graduate with 2–5 years of relevant experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
• Hands-on experience with social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
