Social Media Manager – FITPASS

FITPASS is looking for a Social Media Executive who can support day-to-day execution across all digital platforms. You’ll work closely with the Brand Manager and Social Media Manager to bring ideas to life, create content, track trends, and ensure smooth, timely posting. If you’re organised, creative, and love staying online — you’ll fit right in.

What You Will Do

1.⁠ ⁠Execute daily posting and scheduling across all FITPASS social media platforms

2.⁠ ⁠Assist in ideating content formats and staying updated with platform trend

3.⁠ ⁠Work with designers, writers, and the manager to turn concepts into finished posts

4.⁠ ⁠Support shoots with basic production tasks (setup, coordination, behind-the-scenes content)

5.⁠ ⁠Handle ORM: responding to comments, DMs, queries, and user interactions

6.⁠ ⁠Support influencer coordination (outreach, follow-ups, content collection)

7.⁠ ⁠Track post performance and share insights with the Social Media Manager

8.⁠ ⁠Maintain content trackers, calendars, and platform hygiene

Technical Skills

1.⁠ ⁠Good understanding of social media platforms & content formats

2.⁠ ⁠Basic analytics understanding

3.⁠ ⁠MS Office

4.⁠ ⁠Google Docs

5.⁠ ⁠Comfortable using AI tools for captions, ideas, and quick tasks

Soft Skills
