Social Media Manager Female

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing ads, increasing followers, and driving conversions for our brand.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy

• Plan monthly or weekly social media calendars (reels, stories, static posts, UGC, testimonials).
• Create high-quality content using Canva/Photoshop/CapCut (Any).
• Write captions, hashtags, and trending content ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Platform Management

• Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Pinterest.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and community engagement.
• Coordinate with influencers for collaborations & UGC.

Performance & Research

• Track analytics: reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and conversions.
• Identify latest social media trends and apply them to content.
• Conduct competitor research & audience insights to improve performance.

Brand & eCommerce Support

• Support Amazon, Flipkart, and website campaigns with creatives.
• Prepare product reels, banners, A+ content visuals when required.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams.

Skills & Requirements

• 06 Months to 1 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, trending formats & editing.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools (optional but preferred).
• Ability to create engaging & aesthetic content.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (bonus).
• Excellent communication & writing skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to think out of the box.
• Time management & ability to meet deadlines.
