About Us:
Weddings by Artique - is a luxury wedding design and cinematography brand specializing in cinematic storytelling, destination events, and curated visual narratives. We're now expanding and looking for a dynamic Digital Media Manager to scale our digital presence and lead generation efforts.
Role Objective:
To lead and execute all digital marketing initiatives for Weddings by Artique — focusing on brand visibility, lead generation, digital advertising, analytics, and performance marketing across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Campaign Planning
* Develop and implement digital media strategy aligned with brand objectives
* Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
* Monitor ROI, CPL, and campaign KPIs
2. Website & SEO
* Manage website content updates & landing pages (using WordPress or similar)
* Ensure site SEO optimization (on-page & off-page)
* Improve page speed, mobile optimization, and organic search visibility
* Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and basic design tools
3. Social & Paid Media Oversight
* Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to align organic and paid strategies
* Strong hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Analytics (GA4)
* Boost high-performing posts, manage A/B testing for ads
* Collaborate with influencers and media partners for digital coverage
4. Lead Funnel Management
* Create and manage lead capture funnels via Meta & Google platforms
* Integrate forms with CRM or email automation tools (Mailchimp / Zoho / HubSpot)
* Develop nurture sequences for inquiries and convert to meetings
5. Email & Automation
* Design and schedule email campaigns (newsletters, event showcases, testimonials)
* Segment audience by behavior/location/intent
6. Data & Reporting
* Weekly & monthly digital performance reports
* Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, UTM tracking
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communications / Digital Media
* 4+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in luxury/lifestyle industry)
* Proven success in managing paid media campaigns
* Strong grasp of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
* Knowledge of CRMs, CMS (WordPress), and automation tools
* Creative eye for storytelling, visual ads, and consumer behavior
* Strong analytical & communication skills
Nice to Have (Bonus Points):
* Experience working in wedding, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
* Proficiency in Canva / Adobe tools / Figma for ad creative briefs
* Experience running influencer campaigns with Indian or South Indian creators
* Bonus: Experience in wedding, events, or visual storytelling industries

* Conversion rate to inquiry/consultation
* Website traffic & bounce rate improvement
* Social ad engagement
* Monthly lead growth

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
