About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of our social media strategy across various platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media trends, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of building and engaging communities online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.
  • Plan content calendars tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Content Creation & Management
  • Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to create engaging, on-brand content.
  • Write compelling captions and copy with a consistent brand voice.
  • Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and optimization.
  • Community Engagement
  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments and messages in a timely, engaging manner.
  • Build and nurture online communities and relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs and campaign performance across platforms.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Trends & Innovation
  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.
  • Experiment with emerging platforms and content formats (Reels, Threads, Shorts, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media for brands.
  • Proven success in growing and managing social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Proficiency with social scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing skills.
  • Experience in paid social media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC strategies.
