Senior Accountant (RERA Accounting Experience Required)

As we expand our portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with in-depth knowledge of RERA compliance and accounting to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, finalization of accounts, and monthly closing. Prepare and maintain RERA-compliant project accounts. Ensure timely submission of RERA returns, certificates, and audit reports. Coordinate with auditors, legal teams, and project managers for financial documentation. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Prepare financial reports, cash flow statements, and MIS for management review.
